Girls Who Code’s first-ever in-school resource: Women in Tech Lesson JoinPlans are available for download. 

“We’re incredibly excited about the rollout of this new initiative – specifically designed to make all students think differently about what a coder looks like and who can be successful in computing. Whereas most interventions in schools to date have focused on teaching coding or increasing access, ours is the first that focuses on role models. We think it’s a new way to teach, get girls interested, and – ultimately – close the gender gap in tech.”

Best Educator Social PD in Colorado! 

The Denver  #COllapporative has been meeting for three years at Microsoft offices.  As of this month, you now have two opportunities to join this group of educators.  On September 20th, a new Southern COllapporative had its kickoff meeting in Colorado Springs. Educators from over 5 districts from southern Colorado met to share,  collaborate, and learn from each other.  Join fellow educators at #COllapporative and at SO COllapporative monthly meetups.
