Youth Services Meetings, Week of May 11th (everyone is welcome!)

There will be another round of meetings for youth services staff next week. These are opportunities to connect with others about timely topics, exchange ideas, and celebrate successes. These meetings so far have provided so much rich conversation and many, many great ideas! That said, this is a lot of meetings! As always, please join whichever interest you and you have time for. Notes from each discussion are captured and shared in Google documents for you to view and contribute to at any time if you miss topics of interest.

This is a great time to exchange ideas about how to approach this summer in this time of so much uncertainty. Discuss your goals and plans for your summer program, share what your community needs and wants for the summer, discuss the role of teens in planning and implementing your program, and exchange ideas for putting it all together.

There’s no registration required to attend any of these meetings. No camera is required, and you can join by phone or computer audio.

You can find the notes for all of the prior meetings in this shared folder: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1Mbg3Ibug7BorQ15vqGpSafQ5IZWpruMy. You should be able to view and edit all of the documents; please add to them as you try new things, find great resources, and have ideas to share.
