State Employee Partnership Agreements

There has been a lot in the news lately about Governor Ritter’s executive order authorizing partnership agreements with state employees. Some people are wondering if there is a place for unions in state government. The Colorado Attorney General has stated that his office is investigating the effects of this executive order.
