Colorado Cross-Agency Collaborative

Later in 2016 the Collaborative published a brief companion report on the health of adults younger than 65, Measuring Health in Adults Aged 18-64Children’s health was examined in the Collaborative’s 2015 report, Measuring Child HealthThe first report of the Collaborative, Measuring Behavioral Health, was issued in 2014.  For more about the Collaborative see their website.  For more resources on the health of Coloradans search our library’s online catalog.
