CDE Provided Reading Training

Colorado school districts are required to ensure all Kindergarten through 3rd-grade teachers complete evidence-based training in teaching reading by the 2021-22 school year. CDE is offering training options to meet this requirement.

Here are the options currently being offered:

CDE-Provided Face-to-Face Reading Training: Keys to Literacy: Keys to Beginning Reading virtual synchronous training 

CDE-Provided Online Reading Training: Public Consulting Group: Focus on Foundational Reading Skills free online asynchronous training
